Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Customers will be notified by email when their items are dispatched and arrive at their destination.Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
Change of Address
If you need to change your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, no change of address will be possible.
Damages
GentSuit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once a claim has been made, please contact us and refer to the Refund Policy for more instructions.

GentSuit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will do our best to mediate these issues and not surprise you with any unnecessary added costs.

Our return date is 45 days after delivery of the product. If any items you purchased is damaged, not as described you can return them for a refund. Please attach the photos of the item you received to the email which you contact our service team in order to make a return. In this way, we can improve our service quality and fulfill your return request as soon as possible.

If the size and style of the product is provided according to the order details, and the customer also needs exchange service, we will not charge any fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
